WEDDING DJ
Monday, December 27, 2010 at 6:34PM So, how are you going to find this perfect Louisville wedding DJ? If you have not actually attended a wedding where your prospective DJ has performed, you may not know what you will be getting on your wedding day. DJ's rely heavily on their stellar reputations and recommendations from past brides and other vendors.
Questions to ask prospective wedding DJ (Louisville, KY)
Is the wedding DJ familiar with your wedding venue?
Who will be the actual wedding DJ at your reception?
This is the most important question to ask. If you like the DJ that you are interviewing then you need to make sure that they will be the one at your wedding and get it in writing. If another DJ will be present then ask to meet this person prior to committing to a contract. Don’t let your wedding day be the first time you meet.
What is the rate for overtime and is there any other unexpected or hidden fees?
All costs should be specifically detailed in your contract including fees for assistants, lighting packages, and any overtime fees. Be very wary of vendors who give you a low ball quote that may only include a few hours of time. You need to be aware of the rate per hour of overtime if your event runs longer than expected. Weddings usually run behind schedule and you want to make sure you are not left without a DJ in the final hours.
Any of our three Louisville Wedding DJ would be happy to discuss your wedding and how they can make your reception a huge sucess!!!
